Plain rules for using lastminutejetdeals.com. The flight you book is covered by your charter agreement with the operating carrier; this page covers the website.

1. Who we are

The site is run by Charter Jet One, the air charter broker trading as Last Minute Jet Deals. Last Minute Jet Deals is an air charter broker and is not a direct air carrier. We do not own or operate aircraft; every flight is operated by an FAA Part 135 (or foreign equivalent) direct air carrier in operational control of the aircraft.

2. Figures on the site are guides

Hourly rates, the hour-by-hour guide, discount ranges and examples are estimates drawn from typical market levels. They are not quotes and cannot be booked. At short notice especially, real prices depend on where aircraft and crews are at that moment.

3. A quote is not a contract

Nothing is booked until you sign a charter agreement with the operating carrier and satisfy its payment terms. We tell you the operating carrier, aircraft type and main conditions before that point.

4. Availability can change fast

Aircraft and crews remain subject to the operator's confirmation until the agreement is signed, and can drop out for operational, maintenance, weather or regulatory reasons. Empty legs can be retimed or cancelled when the trip behind them changes.

5. Taxes and charges

US domestic charter carries the 7.5% federal excise tax and a per-passenger segment fee on each leg; international trips can add foreign taxes and border fees. Airport, handling, parking, after-hours, de-icing, catering, Wi-Fi and crew overnight charges may apply, and your quote says which are included.

6. Cancellations

The charter agreement for your flight sets the cancellation, change and refund rules. At short notice these can be strict, so read them before you sign.

7. Fair use of the website

Send genuine requests only, in your own name or with the traveller's permission, and do not attempt to disrupt or mass-copy the site. Government websites we link to are outside our control.

8. Liability

Content here is general information supplied as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by relying on estimates or general content on this site, and operation of the flight remains the operating carrier's responsibility. Liability that cannot lawfully be limited is not limited by this clause.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York, with disputes heard by courts located in New York.
