Short-notice trips mean you hand over details quickly. Here is exactly where they go, in eight numbered points.

1. The broker behind the site

Quote requests submitted on this site are handled by Charter Jet One, the air charter broker that operates Last Minute Jet Deals. "We" below means that broker acting for this brand.

2. The details we receive

• Contact details: your name, email address and phone number.
• Trip details: trip type, from and to, dates, how soon you need to leave, passenger numbers and your notes.
• Your choice on the optional offers box.
• Source details: the page that sent you here, the page you submitted from and any campaign tags in the link, such as utm_source.

No payment information is taken through this website, and simply reading its pages sends us nothing.

3. What the details are for

Finding aircraft and crews that can make your departure, sending you prices, and arranging the flight if you book it. If you ticked the offers box, we may also email you short-notice openings and other charter offers; reply to any of them to stop.

4. Who we pass them to

Only to the operating carrier and to the service providers that quoting and booking require, such as handling agents or caterers, each limited to the part of the trip they work on. Selling, renting or trading your details is something we never do.

5. How long we hold them

For as long as the request and any resulting trip need them, plus whatever period tax, accounting or aviation rules require. Requests that go nowhere are deleted or anonymised once they stop being useful.

6. Your rights over them

You may ask for a copy, a correction or deletion at any time. Just answer one of our emails, or drop a line through the quote form, and tell us what you need. We might confirm who you are before acting, and records the law makes us keep will be kept.

7. Cookies, trackers and analytics

None of the analytics or advertising kind. The site sets only what it strictly needs to function, and its fonts come from Google Fonts, which receives the routine technical data that any page request carries.

8. Minors, security and updates

The site is meant for adult travellers; details of children flying with you are used for their trip alone. Requests are encrypted in transit and visible only to the people handling your booking, so please leave passport and card numbers out of the notes. If this notice changes, the date above changes too, and material changes are not applied to details we already hold without notice.
